MENU #1 consists of three courses:
Appetizer, Main Course, and Dessert
Pre-select one appetizer, 2 main courses (from which guests choose one) and one dessert. Parties of 40 or more receive one choice of entree. In addition, a vegetarian option is always offered.
MENU #2 consists of four courses:
Appetizer, Second Course, Main Course, and Dessert
Pre-select as in Menu 1 above, choosing an additional second course (also from appetizers).
