Located across from the new Colosseum which houses Celine Deon and Elton John’s performances, near the entrance from Caesars Palace to the Forum Shops the sleek new restaurant brings a little bit off Northern California to Las Vegas. This state-of-the-art fine dining restaurant, a partnership between Lark Creek Cafe, Inc. and Caesars Entertainment, opened March 17, 2003. The restaurant is part of a major renovation of the strip’s most famous and enduring casino-hotel, along with the new 4,000 seat theater built for Celine Dion, who performs 200 shows per year there over the next three years. The 8,000 square foot restaurant is the epitome of refined elegance and a touchstone for the food and wine creativity synonymous with Northern California.
Awards and commendations have already been abundant: the Zagat survey named it "Best New Restaurant of 2003"; Epicure "Best New Restaurant of 2003," "Best Chef – Bradley Ogden," to name a few.

Dinner is served nightly from 5:00. Reservations are recommended, but walk-in diners are welcomed.
Food: Bradley Ogden’s celebrated New American Cuisine takes center stage. Using the freshest ingredients available from ranchers, farmers, and fishermen from across the country, Ogden reinvigorates favorite regional American dishes. Ogden’s son and fellow Culinary Institute of America graduate, Bryan Ogden, joins his father in the kitchen as senior chef tournant. The two generations present such seasonal gems as Hot and Cold Foie Gras with Kumquats, Seared Dayboat Scallop in Spring Onions Soup with Pea Tendrils and Oak Grilled Lamb Rack with Fava Bean and Cumin Spaetzel.
The Lounge: The lounge features a bar menu in addition to the dinner menu and provides a comfortable, quiet retreat from the action of the casino floor.
Wines: The wine list focuses on American wines, particularly those from California, Oregon and Washington. Select international wines are also available.

Connoisseurs come to Caesars Palace not to bury Ogden but to praise him for his "extravagant, outstanding" New American, with "superb" organic dishes, like a "foodie-heaven" "Maytag blue cheese soufflé", presented with "serious china and linens" by a "warm", "engaging" staff; "farm-fresh doesn’t come cheap" though, so you’d "better win big or you’ll leave hungry" - or go for lunch, "the same sublime experience for one-third the cost."
